Privacy policy

If you join our email list, we collect your email address and record that you agreed to receive marketing email. We use it to send news about new flavors, merch and events at Fat One’s.

Sign-ups are stored with Shopify, which we use to send our emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time (see “Contact us”). We don’t sell or rent your email address.

When you add merch to your bag, a cookie remembers your bag on this device. Checkout, payment, shipping and order emails are handled by Shopify through the Joey Fatone Official store. Your name, address, email and payment details are entered on Shopify’s secure checkout and handled under that store’s privacy policy and Shopify’s privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular and where visitors come from (for example, Google or Instagram). It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t build a profile of you, and doesn’t track you across other websites.

• Shopping bag: remembers the items in your bag for up to 14 days.
• Manager sign-in: keeps staff signed in to the hours editor. Only used by Fat One’s managers.
• Your “wants”: hearts you tap on merch are saved only in your own browser, not sent to us.

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

These companies process limited information on our behalf so the site works:

• Vercel: hosts the website and provides analytics.
• Shopify: merch, checkout, orders and our email list.
• Supabase: stores our opening hours and staff sign-in.
• Adobe Fonts: delivers the headline font. Your browser requests the font from Adobe.
• Google: our business email and the web fonts for body text.

Like most websites, these services may record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

• Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it.
• Clear your browser’s cookies and site data to remove your bag and saved hearts.

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
